Take the online video tutorial and computer test from home for Learner's Licence. For RC and DL faceless services, Delhi Transport Department MLO officers digitally verify your uploaded documents.

Automated Driving Test Track (ADTT) Skill Test

For Permanent DL, book an online slot at any sensor-based Automated Driving Test Track in Delhi (Mayur Vihar, Vishwas Nagar, Shakurbasti, Dwarka, Rohini, Sheikh Sarai, etc.) and complete the automated driving skill test.

Speed Post Dispatch to Delhi Address

Upon digital approval or passing the ADTT test, your Smart Card Driving Licence or Vehicle Registration Certificate (RC) is produced and dispatched directly to your registered Delhi address via Speed Post.
